My son claimed Mike came out without diagnosing my heating problem and because of the age of my equipment he pressed me into purchasing a new one. though my son acted on my behalf he didn't have all the facts. Mike came out on a Saturday morning from his home which happens to be in my neighborhood, he did diagnose a problem with the roll out switch that shuts the system down when in the event of a heat exchange problem. It turned out my son found ice build up on the flue gas vent. Mike and I discussed the age of the equipment and that's when a quote was given. I can say from all my past service calls, they were handled in a highly professional manner. I am deeply sorry for a review that did not represent what really happened that day. The heat just wasn't getting to where it need to be. One day the family room was warm then the next it was warmer elsewhere. Doc's HVAC diagnosed a distribution problem and worked with us to solve it. They truly listen to your comments. They concern themselves with saving you money and start with the simple solutions then work their way to fixing the problem. They came out twice as soon as there was a problem and fixed it at no charge since they had already inspected it. It's not often that you get a company that stands behind their word like that!!! Additionally Doc's has done the HVAC work at Dukane in Saint Charles for over 40 years and everyone around here has nothing but good to say about them.
