AC Runs But Not Putting Out Cold Air. Client States Doc's Installed Her System In 2018 Today We Responded To A No Cooling Call. The System Was Installed 5 Years Ago By Docs HVAC. We Tested The Dual Run Capacitor As Failed With No Capacitance Read On The Compressor Portion Of The Device. We Replaced The Dual Run Capacitor With A Premium Part That Carries Its Own 5 Year Warranty. The Unit Was Performance Tested After The Repair And Found To Be Operating In A Desirable Fashion.

No A/C 4 PM - 1AM - No Air At All Right Now - Only Using Individual Units Out For No Cooling. Upon Arrival Found Indoor Coil Still Partially Frozen And Looked Through System While Waiting For It To Thaw. Discovered That Indoor Blower Wheel Is Heavily Clogged Up And The Blower Capacitor Is Testing Very Weak. Tested Refrigerant Charge After System Thawed And Airflow Is Restricted Enough That Suction Line Pressure Is Dropping Causing System To Freeze Up. Pulled And Cleaned Blower Wheel And Replaced Blower Cap. Reassembled System And Tested. System Now Operating At Normal Pressures And Has Adequate Temperature Drop From Return To Supply.
